  • COMPLETE THE MAP: one or more answers are missing, so the picture is incomplete.
  • DOCUMENTED ACCESS BASELINE: all 12 points are mapped with no known unclear control. This is not a safety or suitability certification.

No. It is not a safety score, certification, legal review or security audit. It only maps whether specific operating controls are creator-controlled, defined in writing or unclear.

Are my answers stored or sent anywhere?

No. There is no submission, account, analytics event or answer storage. Choices exist only in the current page memory and disappear on refresh.

Can an agency legitimately have access?

Limited or shared access may be reasonable for agreed work. The purpose, owner, approvals, limit, duration and revocation method should be specific.
